​The Dragon Seeker 100 is a 100km, 62 mile, ultra marathon.

Starting in central England and running all the way to the heart of Cardiff.​

THE CHALLENGE

Run from Malmesbury in central England to Cardiff by foot with only a few essentials in your backpack, and Wolfpack Running supporting you. You have 15 hours to complete the challenge, the first part of which is in the dark! Do you have what it takes to go the distance?

INTRODUCTION 

This is a stunning, highly scenic route covering just over 100k.  You start in Malmesbury and finish in the centre of Cardiff. The route includes trails, footpaths, country lanes and roads so there will be plenty to see along the way.

If you’ve never run an ultra this far before this is one of the best first long ultras!  If you have done an ultra before , and are looking to step up the challenge, then look no further.  You’ve done the groundwork already, come and see how far you can go!

THE FORMAT

Setting off very early morning / night and continuing as the sun rises. There’s a 15 hour cut off with support stations every 10km  and getting closer as your go further. A small GPS tracker that you carry will allow your friends and family to follow your progress. They can come along at any of the nine checkpoints along the route and cheer you on.

You carry everything you need for each stage in your backpack and we provide you with detailed stage maps, GPS tracker, medical ambulance along the whole route, nine checkpoints, signs along whole route, and an amazing finish venue and after race party including drinks and food. At each checkpoint there will be food and drink and first-aiders on hand.
